CHONGQING SKYWALK, CHINA

The horseshoe-shaped transparent cantilever, which is set to open in May this year, beats the Grand Canyon by five metres. At a height of 1,123 metres above the sea level, the skywalk is built on a cliff of a mountain in southwestern China’s Chongqing province.

WALK OF FAITH, CHINA

Located in Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, Walk of Faith is a 60-metre-long-glass path.

The 1,430-meters-high glass trek is attached to Tianmen Mountains. The walkway closes down during winters as it gets covered by ice and snow.

Situated in Chicago’s Willis Tower, our next adventure spot is for those who want to see the city without getting stuck in the madness.

At 412 metres, you can enter any of the four glass boxes to check out the breathtaking views. Since 2009, millions have visited the Ledge, and now you can get married in them too!

This skywalk has an ‘X’ factor. At a height of 1,000 metres, the AlpspiX viewing platform has two arms crossed in X-shape to give you the most amazing views of the German Alps.

The skywalk, which was inaugurated in 2010, has a grid floor that allows it to be snow-free even in frigid conditions.

Tired of concrete jungles? Walk in lush green surroundings of the Vancouver’s Capilano Suspension Bridge Park and take a break from the city life.

11.Over 40 tons of steel was used to construct this skywalk, which is located 90 metres above the river.

12.DEVIL'S THROAT, BRAZIL-ARGENTINA BORDER

Water flowing at 13 million litres per second and four times the size of Niagara Falls, it is quite apt that our next thrill spot is called ‘Devil’s Throat.'

The walkaway, which leads to the Iguazu Falls, is located between the borders of Brazil and Argentina. The Iguazu National Park has been named as one of the New7Wonders of Nature, so don’t miss it!
